The impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on Elevate

 

Seeing so many amazing people in our community making hard decisions for the long-term benefit of employees, families, and communities is inspiring and we applaud your courage. We would like to share Elevate’s current production plan and what we are doing to support you and your customers.

Elevate is still in full operation mode! All branding projects and decoration capabilities are up and running. While we are taking steps to protect our clients, employees, and loved ones, our office is open with limited staff working there each day. Most of our employees are working from home, to do our part to help with the containment of the Coronavirus.  Even with employees working from home, we are available by appointment for project planning, consulting, drop shipping, project pickups, and deliveries.  Our staff has been trained in best practices of social distancing and proper hygiene and we are doing all we can to make the Elevate office safe.

In times of uncertainty, it is most important to stay connected to your own customer base. Now is the perfect time to be creative with your branding. It’s crucial that you send the right message to your clients right now… “We’re Still Open” “You Can Trust Us” “We Haven’t Forgotten about Our Customers” …and we have some fun ideas to help you with this, along with access to millions of domestically made products.

Is Elevate open for business?

  • We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm (MST)The bulk of our staff is working from home to help contain the virus. However, our offices are open with minimal staff taking special precautions to ensure all are safe.  We encourage you to set up an appointment when possible.

How do I contact my Brand Manager or Account Manager?

  • Our Brand Managers and Account Managers are available by email and phone. Please check their email signatures for their individual contact info.  They are also checking their voicemails throughout the day and will be in touch as soon as possible.

Is now a good time to start a branding project?

  • Absolutely!  You may be shocked to hear that, but during times like these are when companies that invest in their marketing/branding get the advantage in the marketplace!We have access to millions and millions of products that are produced here domestically in the US.  These include quick turnaround times and creative decorating.  Our creativity is what sets us apart…we already have some great ideas tailored to the current situation. Give us a call!

Will my swag take longer than usual?

  • NOPE!   We pride ourselves on making sure we hit your deadlines.  And with all the domestically produced products, we are still very, very fast.  Just because toilet paper isn’t available at Costco doesn’t mean your gear will be delayed!

I had to cancel my event, are there any other options?

  • Your canceled event is a bummer, but you still have some really cool options to drive business and stay connected to employees and clients.  We put on our thinking caps and have come up with some really great ideas for you…
     

    • VIRTUAL EVENT + GEAR
      • Just because you can’t have 200 people in the same room doesn’t mean you can’t hold your event online! And you can still send gear to all of your attendees to ensure they stay connected to your brand.  A notebook and pen with some headphones, so they can attend the virtual event, is a home run. We can even assist in the kitting and dropshipping.  We will make sure all the packages get to your individuals.
         
    • WE ARE SAD TOO
      • You can send them an item that says you are so sad the event is canceled…for now!  As soon as possible, you will hold it! In the meantime, use these custom branded tissues to wipe your tears, or wear these socks to keep your feet warm until we can meet up in person.Again kitting and dropshipping is available to you.

What are some of the opportunities I can do with my branding during this time?

  • WORK-FROM-HOME KITS:
     

    • Working from home can make anyone feel disconnected from their team, and thereby may affect performance. One way to combat this is to send a package that includes custom branded gear like: a water bottle, towel, soap, mouse pad, earbuds, hats, ice cream scoop, etc… Even small tokens let people know you care and that they are still an important part of the team.  Not to brag, but we have a lot more ideas for this.  Your brand manager is standing by.
       
  • WELCOME BACK KITS:
     

    • This is one of our favorite ideas. People are going to be coming back to work, and now is the time to start planning for their return.  Nothing would help morale more than having a Welcome Back Kit on their desk, saying you missed them.  You can also let your customers know you’re 100% back in business! This is where your company culture shines through! You could include a custom shirt that says “I Survived Coronapocalypse and all I got was this T-Shirt” Or “I don’t do Handshakes!”.  …water bottles, first-aid kits, hats, etc… there are millions of options for your custom Welcome Back Kits.
       
  • WE ARE HERE AND WE REMEMBER YOU:
     

    • Staying connected to employees and clients is how you stay ahead during these challenging times. This is when companies need to make moves to be front of mind and get market share.  You can send dedicated branding campaigns, like a Bluetooth speaker that communicates ‘even though we can’t see you, we still hear you’.  Or send a custom package with a blanket that says “We’ve got your (Service) Covered!”.

Can my swag transmit the COVID-19 Virus?

  • Great question, the CDC.gov says this:
    • The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.
      • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).  Respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
      • These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.
