3.B. You Submit Information to Elevate

You submit Personal Information to Elevate by emailing or calling us directly, or submitting a quote request directly through our website.

3.C. Account Creation

In order to provide you with convenience on the Site, you may create an Account and provide us with information such as your name, email address, and a password that you will use for your Account and other specified information. You may also use your account to store credit card and other purchase information and shipping addresses. You are able to login to your Account at any time and edit your Personal Information and settings. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
